5810 SSD running well below average speeds
I have a Dell Precision Tower 5810.
Specs as follows:
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-4660 v3 @ 2.10GHz 2.10 GHz
GTX 1650 Super (4GB)
1TB Sandisk Plus SSD
When I use userbenchmark everything looks great, except for the SSD. It says it's speed falls well below 25% of what they say others have. This is depressing after spending money on this SSD. Am I doing something wrong? Some setting maybe? I looked into the bios and it seems like it's all set up correctly. The computer is pretty speedy and plays games nicely. It's just bothering me knowing it's not running even 25% of what it can do.
I have only the one SSD installed. No other SSD or HDD.
Any suggestions or should I just leave well enough alone?

In your bios settings is it set to raid or ahci? If set to raid there are ways to get it switched to ahci but I would rather set it up ahci and do a fresh uefi install. Use Dell support assistant to update all the drivers except for intel rst and try your speeds again. There are lots of how to's on doing fresh installs correctly
