It did for my kid's T5810. When I ran Dell Command Update, I chose to install the entire driver library and it did push a patch for the NVMe adapter. No issues here on his 5810. You should be good. I only buy these (https://amzn.to/2GYbVwi) which are listed in the 5810 build guide.

Yes, it works fine however the bios needs to be in UEFI mode. If it stays in Legacy mode the NVME drive is not detected. Tried successfully with a Samsung 980.

Yes, no problems. I have a crucial m2 running perfectly on A34 bios.
