The T7610 can be upgraded to dual 12 cores using the Intel E5-2697 v2 CPU. Not sure about the R7610.

I don't know if the 7910 motherboard has NVMe slots but if it doesn't a NVMe PCIe card is like $15-$20 on Ebay. Another question is can you boot off of the NVMe and that I don't know but they work…

@erik clod-svensson Right the T7600 will not support v2 Xeons, but the T7610 motherboard will and I was able to get it to work in the T7600 case.

@Arup sanyal As I recall the T7600 motherboard only supports V1 Xeon processors so if you have V2 Xeons from your T7610, those processors may not work on a T7600 motherboard.…
